Information we receive

When you contact us by email, we receive the name, email address, business details and any other information you choose to include. Our website does not have a customer information collection form. The interactive product demo requests fictional data only and handles its entries within your browser for that visit.

How and why we use it

We do not add people to unsolicited marketing mailing lists simply because they contact us. Any business marketing outreach is considered separately under UK GDPR and PECR.

How long we keep information

We aim to delete business enquiries that do not result in work within 12 months of our last meaningful contact, unless a complaint, dispute or legal obligation requires a longer period. Invoices and tax-related business records are kept for the applicable legal period. You can ask about a specific record at any time.

Who handles the information

Emails are handled using Google's Gmail service. Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may process technical connection logs to deliver and protect the site. Those service providers may involve processing or transfers outside the UK; relevant protections and provider terms should be reviewed as services change. We do not currently run our own website analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, ask us to restrict processing or exercise other relevant rights. Email Mohamedadill423@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office.

Separate client enquiry systems

Our demonstration is not a production customer enquiry service. When a tradesperson uses a live system we configure for their customers, that business will generally determine why the data is collected (the controller) and should provide its own customer-facing privacy notice. Access, tools, retention, security responsibilities and any processing by EnquiryLoop must be agreed in writing before real customers' personal data is handled.

This notice describes the current website and our direct contact process. It must be reviewed whenever services, suppliers or data handling change.
